We built Vyka because we kept coming back to one simple problem: product labels tell you a lot, but they don't always help you understand what you're actually buying.
Ingredients, claims, and product information can be difficult to interpret—especially when you're standing in a store trying to make a quick decision.
We wanted to make that process simpler.
So we built Vyka around three steps: Scan → Analyze → Rate.
You scan a product, Vyka analyzes the available product and ingredient information, and presents it in a simpler format that helps you understand what you're looking at.
While building it, our focus evolved from simply scanning products to building a broader product intelligence layer—something that can help people understand products rather than just identify them.
We're launching on Product Hunt to get real feedback from people who use and build technology.
