We built Vyka because we kept coming back to one simple problem: product labels tell you a lot, but they don't always help you understand what you're actually buying. Ingredients, claims, and product information can be difficult to interpret—especially when you're standing in a store trying to make a quick decision. We wanted to make that process simpler. So we built Vyka around three steps: Scan → Analyze → Rate. You scan a product, Vyka analyzes the available product and ingredient information, and presents it in a simpler format that helps you understand what you're looking at. While building it, our focus evolved from simply scanning products to building a broader product intelligence layer—something that can help people understand products rather than just identify them.
