The idea for VertexStay came from seeing how many independent hotels still rely on a mix of spreadsheets, messaging apps, and disconnected systems to manage daily operations. We wanted to build a modern cloud platform that brings reservations, front desk operations, housekeeping, billing, guest management, and reporting together in one place.
Over the past several months, we've worked closely on creating a product that's simple to use, quick to set up, and designed for the day-to-day needs of hotel teams.
We're still early, and today's launch is an important milestone—not the finish line. I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts. If you've worked in hospitality or built SaaS products, what would you expect from a modern hotel PMS? Is there anything you'd like to see us add?

the platform sounds solid for daily operations but honestly a built-in channel manager that syncs with OTAs like Booking and Expedia would save so much hassle. right now it seems like that's missing or at least not obvious from the description, and dealing with double bookings manually is kind of a nightmare
Love that everything from housekeeping to reporting lives in one platform without feeling cluttered. The 14-day trial is a smart move too, lets you actually stress-test the front desk workflow before committing.
One thing that would make VertexStay even more useful is a built-in guest messaging tool that lets hotels send pre-arrival and checkout texts or WhatsApps directly from the PMS, so staff don't have to jump between apps to communicate with guests.
