The idea for VertexStay came from seeing how many independent hotels still rely on a mix of spreadsheets, messaging apps, and disconnected systems to manage daily operations. We wanted to build a modern cloud platform that brings reservations, front desk operations, housekeeping, billing, guest management, and reporting together in one place. Over the past several months, we've worked closely on creating a product that's simple to use, quick to set up, and designed for the day-to-day needs of hotel teams.
