I'm Silviu, from PantopixRO, a software consultancy based in Romania. We're launching Kaisha, and I wanted to share the story behind it.
At some point, we realized we didn't have a clear picture of how our team's time was being spent across projects. It wasn't obvious who had capacity, which projects were running over, or how each client was actually performing financially. The information existed, it was just scattered and hard to act on in real time.
We looked at existing tools. The good ones were built for enterprise teams with dedicated ops staff. The simple ones didn't have what we needed.
So we built Kaisha for ourselves. Today we use it every day — and now we're sharing it.
