I built FollowUp Flow around a very simple problem: many small businesses manage customers through WhatsApp, notes, and spreadsheets, then forget who needs a follow-up and when. I wanted to create something much lighter than a traditional CRM — a tool that answers one question quickly: who do I need to follow up with today?
The product includes customer management, deal stages, follow-up scheduling, payment tracking, reports, WhatsApp actions, Arabic and English support, and cloud sync.
