I built FollowUp Flow around a very simple problem: many small businesses manage customers through WhatsApp, notes, and spreadsheets, then forget who needs a follow-up and when. I wanted to create something much lighter than a traditional CRM — a tool that answers one question quickly: who do I need to follow up with today? The product includes customer management, deal stages, follow-up scheduling, payment tracking, reports, WhatsApp actions, Arabic and English support, and cloud sync. I’d really appreciate feedback from small business owners, salespeople, freelancers, and service providers. What would make this more useful in your daily workflow?
