Flowky watches how you actually work — how often you get interrupted, how long it takes you to hit flow, whether you finish sessions or bail — and adjusts its suggestions over time.

Love how lightweight this feels and the no-account local approach is perfect. One thing I'd really appreciate is a quick post-session summary that shows which app or window took up most of your focus time during the timer, maybe pulled from macOS screen time APIs. Would help me spot where my attention actually leaks during deep work sessions.
native macos feel is honestly hard to nail but this one gets it right, the timer just blends into my workflow without feeling like another app to manage
