Hey Product Hunt 👋 I build and run an AV systems integration business in Singapore. For years the job ran on WhatsApp photos, a shared spreadsheet and a folder of PDFs that nobody could find. Every field service tool I tried was either $80/user/month with an onboarding call, or a glorified to-do list. So I built FieldSign, and then I put my own company on it. I still use it every working day — my technicians close service work orders on it, and the service reports my clients receive are generated by it. Installs as a PWA if they want an icon. 🏭 Assets & maintenance — asset registry per site, recurring maintenance schedules, auto-generated runs linked back to work orders 🚨 QR fault reporting — stick a QR poster on a machine. Anyone scans it and reports a fault. It lands in your dashboard with photos, and converts to a work order in one click. Reporter gets a live status page. 🧾 Documents — quotations, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, with your own numbering and your own branding 📐 Projects — milestones with weighted progress, and a tokenised status page you can send a client without giving them a login 📄 PDF service reports — A4, photo grid, work summary, emailed on completion 🎨 White label — your logo, your brand colour, your currency, your email templates 💾 Nightly encrypted backups to S3, versioned, with delete permissions deliberately withheld from the app What it deliberately isn't: a CRM, an accounting system, or a route optimiser.
