Ping

Live uptime & peak-hour patterns for India's exam portals

Live status and historical peak-hour slowdown patterns for India’s biggest govt exam & recruitment portals (UPSC, SSC, NTA, IBPS, RRB, state PSCs, etc.). Before you hit "Submit" on application day, check Ping to see: - Which portals are actually up right now - Best & worst hours to apply (based on real historical data) - Heatmap of rush hours across all portals Perfect for students and job aspirants who’ve lost hours (or days) because a portal crashed during peak submission time.

Hello there! 👋 I built Ping because I (and thousands of others) have wasted entire nights refreshing broken UPSC/SSC/NTA portals during deadline week. The problem is simple: these government portals get slammed during peak hours and there was no public visibility into when they’re actually usable. So I made a public dashboard that: - Checks homepages every 15 minutes - Builds historical heatmaps so you can see the best time windows - Shows live status + latency for all major portals It’s completely independent, open, and runs on GitHub Actions. Would love your feedback — especially from fellow aspirants and anyone who’s ever rage-refreshed a government website at 11:59 PM 😅 Live → https://nkovaturient.github.io/P...
