NeatPO
Wholesale purchase orders in, reviewed Shopify drafts out
Wholesale buyers send POs as CSV, Excel or PDF. NeatPO reads each line, matches it to your Shopify catalog by SKU or a confirmed alias, and stops on anything unclear. You approve every line, then it creates one draft order. Never an order or a charge.
I built NeatPO for Shopify merchants who sell wholesale and still get purchase orders as files: a PDF from the buyer's system, an Excel sheet, a CSV export. Someone retypes each line into Shopify, and the costly mistakes come later: cases entered as bottles, last year's price, the wrong variant.
NeatPO reads the file and keeps where every value came from (sheet, row, page). It matches lines to your catalog by exact SKU or an alias you have confirmed. Everything else stops as a named issue: an unknown SKU, a case count without a conversion rule, a price that differs from your catalog, or a number like 1.234 whose decimal separator is ambiguous.
You review each line beside the original and approve. Only then does it create a single Shopify draft order. It never completes an order, charges a card or emails the buyer.
One engineering detail: Shopify's draftOrderCreate has no idempotency key. NeatPO keeps its own operation ledger, so a timeout is reconciled by reading Shopify back instead of retrying into a duplicate draft.
It was approved on the Shopify App Store this week. There are no customers to quote yet, so I would value blunt feedback, especially from anyone who receives purchase orders today. You can try the review screen with sample data at neatpo.com/sample without installing anything.

NeatPO was hunted by Sike Ren. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
