Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Brian, and I built Mathicorn for one very specific user: my 10-year-old daughter, Audrey. She was struggling to enjoy practicing her times tables, and every app I tried was either buried in ads or wanted way too much information about my kid. So I built the one I actually wanted her to use. It looks like a cute unicorn game — and it is — but underneath it uses real, research-backed teaching methods (retrieval practice, spaced repetition, strategy hints). And my three rules never move: it’s completely free, it has zero ads, and it collects no personal data about children. It’s live on iOS and free on the web. Audrey helped test every version, so if the unicorns feel right, that’s her doing. I’d love your feedback — especially from other parents and teachers. Happy to answer anything!
