Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Honku around a simple idea: when you’re learning a language, knowing what a sentence means is only the beginning. Most translation tools are designed to give you the answer as quickly as possible. But as a learner, you usually want more — how to read the sentence, which words matter, what they mean in context, and how the whole sentence works. That’s why Honku starts with a single Japanese sentence and helps you go deeper with translation, furigana, key vocabulary, pronunciation, and learning tips. I also deliberately keep the experience focused on sentences rather than long passages. My goal is to make Japanese feel easier to read, understand, and learn from in small, manageable pieces.
