How did our approach or process evolve while working on this launch? Initially, our goal was simply to build a better job board for premium technical roles. However, as we interviewed more students, it became crystal clear that getting the interview was only half the battle; clearing it was the real bottleneck. This realization completely shifted our approach. We evolved from a simple job directory into building what we call a "Skill Constellation." We heavily invested in integrating the AI interviewer and the in-browser IDE to ensure candidates aren't just applying, but are fundamentally job-ready. Over the last few months, we spent countless hours refining the AI to ensure the feedback it gives during mock interviews feels human, constructive, and genuinely helpful.
