I built gemhome because everything that actually matters about a UK home is public, but it's spread across a dozen government sites nobody visits. Flood zones, planning applications on the street, noise levels, what every house nearby really sold for, how full the local schools are, crime.
Renters get a free tool too: paste your rent and postcode and it checks a rent rise against official ONS figures for your area.
No accounts. You buy checks, you get a link, the link is your key.

UK only for now, because the whole point is the public data and the UK publishes an unusual amount of it. Tell me what's missing from the report and I'll probably build it
