Project managers spend more time chasing status than actually managing. Updates live in emails, decks, and spreadsheets that no one trusts. Risk stays invisible until it's a problem. Zophia exists to fix that. It gives PMs and PMO leaders a single, reliable view of project health so they can stop hunting for answers and start leading with confidence.
Hey Product Hunt, Al here, founder of Zophia.
I built this because I spent over a decade managing complex federal programs and kept running into the same problem: PMs are smart, experienced, and accountable, but the tools they use don't match the work they actually do. Status is scattered. Risk is invisible until it isn't. And most platforms are built for tracking tasks, not leading programs.
Zophia is my attempt to fix that. It's a project intelligence platform built specifically for PMs and PMO leaders who manage high-stakes work and need a clearer, faster view of what's actually happening across their programs.
We're in early access right now. If you're a PM, PMO lead, or you manage teams running complex programs, I'd love your feedback.

Who hunted Zophia?
Zophia was hunted by Al Quashie. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
