I built ZeeRun because I got tired of every running app cheerfully handing me a tempo workout on a day I was clearly favoring one leg. Training plans are great until something actually hurts — and then most apps just... keep going, like nothing happened.
ZeeRun is built around one simple idea: tap where it hurts, answer a few quick questions, and get an honest run, modify, or stop call based on your actual pain pattern and training load — not just what's on the calendar.
A few things I care about that shaped how it's built:
No AI, no black box. Every verdict comes from rule-based logic I can actually explain, not a model making a call I can't reason about. For something touching your body and pain, I wanted that to be auditable, not magic.
On-device, no account, no cloud. Your case history never leaves your phone. I didn't want to build another app asking people to trust a server with their injury data.
It remembers your own patterns, not generic advice — so if a niggle looks like one you've had before, it'll show you how that one actually played out, including how long it took to clear.
It's live on both iOS and Android today, free to try. I'd genuinely love feedback from real runners here — especially if the injury logic feels honest and useful, or if it feels off anywhere. That's the part I care most about getting right.
