Adding a local pickup option with integrated map pins would be great. Sellers could mark items available nearby, and buyers could filter by distance from their postcode. Cuts down on shipping costs and builds more trust between local buyers and sellers.
Would love to see a built-in escrow system for higher-value items like vehicles and property. Holding funds until the buyer confirms everything matches the listing would make a huge difference in trust, especially for first-time users on the platform.
