No login, no app. Anyone with the link can adopt it and add their own private items on top (load-in, mic check, speech notes), anchored to the shared rows so they move when the schedule slips. I'm Chris. I've spent 11 years photographing corporate events and weddings, about a thousand of them. Over that time I've been emailed or handed more than 700 run of shows.
Most of them had the same problem. Somebody built the run of show in a spreadsheet, emailed it around and printed a stack of copies. Then the keynote moved 15 minutes, or dinner ran long, and the day quietly split into versions. The MC was reading v3, the DJ had printed v2 the night before, and the planner had v5 open on a laptop that couldn't get onto the venue Wi-Fi.
I needed something to plan my own clients' timelines, so I built You're up!
What it does:
You build a run of show and share one link. Crew, suppliers and the client open it on their phones with no login.
Every change shows up live for everyone, so there's only ever one version.
Anyone with the link can "adopt" your run of show and add their own private items on top. A photographer might add "shoot the room before doors". Only they see those items, and they stay attached to your items when your times change.
It also prints cleanly, with type you can actually read in a dark room.
Building and sharing is always free, with no limit. The paid plan (US$8.95/month) adds colour-coded crew, your own branding, templates and internal notes (all of which are useful to have but not essential).
The name comes from what a stage manager says to whoever is on next. That's the whole job of the sheet: tell you when you're up.
