Hi! I'm the creator of YGOWB. I wanted the custom Yu-Gi-Oh cards people imagine to become cards they can actually play.
Card Studio breaks effects into trigger, requirements, cost, targets and outcome. The engine executes the supported blocks, so a card can go straight into a deck for testing. Arbitrary written effects still need to fit those blocks.
Create a World for your group, choose its card pool and banlist, and decide whether new cards need review. Then practice against the computer or duel online, using classic 2005-era rules.
YGOWB is free and runs in your browser at https://ygowb.com. An account is required. I'd love to hear which card idea you'd try first, or where the editor makes an effect difficult to express.
