I love love this - I have 3 questions:
1 - Is there any plans on integrating Shopify Data so that customer questions regarding orders pulls in their order status/tracking etc?
2 - I currently use ReAmaze and love that it pulls all my questions posted on Instagram, Facebook etc. This is a great feature because it centralizes all my CRM efforts in one place. Is this something you're planning on adding?
3 - Instead of the Email for service it would be very helpful in my situation to have the link direct to a form on site. Basically use a URL instead of email address for further info/questions - Are you able to add this?
Writesonic makes good products so I'm inclined to think Botsonic will be great as well… But what's with those “testimonials”?? They might be real but photos are clearly either stock or generated by AI… This doesn't make you seem more credible, but LESS…

Works like fireworks, just uploaded a whole pdf book, and it could answer all kinds of questions.

Good launch. but this is like a poor cousin of customgpt which launched here on PH 3 months ago. CustomGPT is 10 times better than this and is much much cheaper.
