Hey everyone, founder of Worklife here! 👋 Before Worklife, I was the fifth employee and first PM at a fast-growing startup. As the company grew, I noticed how the culture that made working there so special in its early days became more transactional and less connected. This was also around the time that a new category of consumer-grade B2B products like Slack began to emerge. Just as Slack transformed how we communicate at work, I assumed (hoped) that it was just a matter of time before someone did the same for company culture. Our goal with Worklife is to deliver on this premise and help companies build amazing cultures at scale. For the past few months, we have been hard at work solving the first piece of this puzzle: a better way to give recognition at work. I’m now thrilled to share what we have built with you all today! With Worklife, you can: 👏 Give recognition It takes less than a minute to give recognition in Worklife! Just @ mention your coworkers, write a short message saying why you’re recognizing them, and you’re good to go. #️⃣ Operationalize company values Add your core values as hashtags so everyone in the company can see and include them in recognition messages. Linking values to recognition helps reinforce those values and keep them top of mind. ❤️ Create a culture of recognition Recognition messages in Worklife get posted to a social feed for others to chime in and react. You can even add points to messages from others to show your support! 🎁 Offer rewards In Worklife, everyone in your company receives a monthly point allowance that they can use to recognize peers. Recipients can redeem points for digital gift cards, charitable donations, and hundreds of other reward options. The team and I will be hanging around in the comments. We’d love to hear your feedback and answer any questions!

Congratulations! Excited to see the tools you are building for workplace culture. Will definitely check it out and show support! Best of luck!
I really like this, but there's also a lot of competition for services like this. I'd suggest you to do some heavy outbound sales - excited for the future of worklife! By the way, we launched a DevTool today (Corbado). I would appreciate if you have a look into it :)
Congrats Razin!! Excited to explore more. Great job on creating a tool that enhances team engagement and motivation!
Awesome @razin! Culture change while companies grow. It's super hard to face it. It can be super helpful on that. Kudos!
The quick recognition feature and the cool social feed add a personal touch to acknowledging colleagues. I love the idea of tying recognition to our core values – it's like giving kudos with a purpose! The points system for rewards is a fun twist, making it more than just a pat on the back. The launch is awesome, and I'm looking forward to seeing how Worklife continues to spice up our workdays! 🚀
👋 Hello Razin! Firstly, a warm congratulations on the launch of Worklife! Your journey from being a crucial part of a fast-growing startup to founding Worklife is truly inspiring. Linking recognition to company values not only reinforces these values but also keeps them at the forefront of employees' minds. It's great to see how Worklife is creating a rewarding experience for employees. I'm excited to explore Worklife and witness how it transforms workplace culture. Kudos to you and your team for this remarkable initiative! Best of luck ❤.
Companies I worked for tried to implement recognition systems and those are tricky as hell! Hope you can implement it effectively, because the market really wants this and I at least really want to see this work for people at work 😁
Elevating teamwork and fostering a positive work culture is key, and this product seems like the perfect solution. Excited to explore its features! 👏 Congratulations on your Product Hunt Launch!
Recognition is such a key point for maintaining morale within teams. When I worked at Amazon, we had an internal tool to give accolades to other team members and were broadcast across our org (including to our manager). It would be cool if someone recognized me if my manager was notified! Align the incentives across the board :)

Worklife was hunted by Razin Mustafiz. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
