We built this narrow founding pilot to test the real delivery path—not just uptime. It submits an isolated Contact Form 7 test, verifies Gmail arrival, retries before opening an incident, and reports recovery automatically. The full failure/retry/incident/recovery loop has been exercised end to end. Feedback from agencies managing care-plan sites is especially welcome.
