I’m Antony, the creator of Woodbox.
I built Woodbox because I wanted a database manager that felt simple, modern, and focused on the things developers actually use day to day — without the complexity of a full database IDE.
Woodbox is open source and designed to make it easy to browse your databases, inspect and edit data, and run SQL queries from a clean desktop interface.
This is still an evolving project, and one of the main reasons I’m launching it here is to hear from other developers. I’d love to know what you like, what feels confusing, and what features would make Woodbox more useful in your workflow.
If you try it, I’d really appreciate your feedback. And since the project is open source, contributions are also very welcome.
