Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Paul from IntelligentWolf.

We wanted one desktop app for all our inboxes that kept our mail on our own computers, so we built WolfMail.

• Every inbox in one place: Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, and any IMAP mailbox, with an "All inboxes" view

• Private by default: your mail and passwords stay on your computer, and remote images and tracking pixels are blocked until you choose to load them

• Built for speed: keyboard shortcuts for everything (press ?), instant search, snooze, filters, tags and undo send

• Calendar and contacts alongside your mail

• Moving from Thunderbird or Betterbird? WolfMail finds your accounts and imports them in one step

It's free and open source (GPL-3.0) for Windows, Mac and Linux. Two honest notes: Google is still verifying WolfMail, so signing in with Gmail shows "Google hasn't verified this app" for now, and the Mac app isn't notarised by Apple yet. The download page walks you through both.

I'd love your honest feedback, and I'm here to answer anything.

Who hunted WolfMail?

WolfMail was hunted by Paul Clevett. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
