Hey Product Hunt 👋 Tristan here, founder of Whazzup.
We launched our first SaaS with $0 MRR and a support problem: every real helpdesk priced us like a company 50× our size. $29 per seat meant that hiring one support person cost more than our whole hosting bill. Intercom was the right product for a company we weren't yet.
So we built the tool we wished existed, and we made one promise we didn't want to break: the free plan is not a demo. Unlimited conversations, forever. We don't meter messages, we don't throttle your inbox at 200 tickets, and nothing gets switched off while a customer is waiting. The widget, the knowledge base, live visitors, roles, the ideas board, all of it works on day one, free.
Further we wanna make it without any payment plans once we hit enough users. The idea is to monetize some free spaces that those income replaces a monthly/yearly subscription.

What you can try in 60 seconds:
1. Sign up, no card.
2. Paste one script tag on your site. The chat widget is live with your logo and colours.
3. Watch someone appear in "Live Right Now" while you're still reading this.
4. Hit the screen-share button in a conversation — the customer sees a consent prompt, then you're looking at their screen. No Zoom account, no "download this".
What we charge for, honestly: seats and your own domains. Growth $12 gets 3 seats, your help center domain and the whazzup.io note gone. Unlimited $25 gets 5 seats, your email domain, webhooks, export and MCP. Extra seats are $4.90, not $29. Yearly gets two months free.
What it is not: we don't have an AI agent answering your customers. Orbit.AI is next, and we're deliberately not launching a feature we can't stand behind yet.
