Waybill is purpose-built dispatch software for operators who move people — not packages. Unlike generic fleet trackers, it's designed for passenger transport: NDIS, school runs, health transfers, aged care, charters, and community transport.
We built Waybill because we saw passenger transport operators drowning in phone calls, whiteboards, and spreadsheets. Most "fleet management" software is built for freight and logistics — it tracks vehicles, not passengers. When your operation involves people with wheelchairs, medical conditions, and strict pickup windows, generic tools fall short.
So we built something specifically for that. Smart dispatch that knows which vehicle has a wheelchair ramp. Fatigue tracking that keeps you compliant with Australian HVNL regulations. Live tracking links you can text to a worried family member. And invoicing that calculates fees automatically so you're not cross-referencing paper trip sheets at month-end.
We're live and serving Australian operators today. Would love feedback from anyone in the transport space — or anyone who's dealt with the pain of coordinating vehicles and people at scale.

Who hunted Waybill?
Waybill was hunted by Macan. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
