honestly this looks pretty solid for a free tier, but one thing that would be clutch is letting people embed the waitlist directly on their own site with a custom domain option, instead of redirecting to a Waitlist OS subdomain. feels more legit for brands that already have their own look going on.

Would love to see a built-in subdomain like yourstartup.waitlistos.com so it feels branded from day one without needing to mess with DNS. Also makes sharing the link feel more legit than a generic URL.

A segmentation tag system would be huge here, so you can group subscribers by source or interest and send more targeted launch updates instead of one blast to everyone. Also a small preview of how the referral story card looks on different phones before publishing would save a lot of guesswork.
