Hi Product Hunt, I am John, the independent developer behind Voidbloom.
I wanted to build a survival roguelite that anyone could open from a normal link and begin playing immediately.
You control movement while your vessel attacks automatically. Every new level presents three possible upgrades, allowing each run to develop into a different combination of weapons and passive systems.
The challenge builds toward four boss encounters. The Voidmother appears at 12 minutes, but defeating it does not finish the run. Instead, it opens an endlessly scaling stage.
Five environments rotate daily, introducing different terrain, hazards, and movement conditions.
Completed runs also receive unique verification codes, so shared scores and statistics can be verified in-game.
No download or account is required to begin. Accounts are optional and provide cloud saving, rankings, friends and permanent progression.
