VisionBoardAI
The Identity Operating System for ambitious people.
The gap between who you want to become and how you live each day isn’t a character flaw—it’s a systems problem. VisionBoardAI builds an evolving Identity Graph from your goals, actions, reflections, and connected context—including Oura, Notion, and ChatGPT—then turns it into adaptive daily protocols calibrated to your real capacity. Unlike static tools, it scales your plan when life changes, preserves momentum on hard days, and learns what actually helps you follow through.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Derek, the founder of VisionBoardAI.
I built VisionBoardAI as a solo founder after repeatedly encountering the same frustrating problem in my own life: I knew who I wanted to become. I had the books, podcasts, Notion templates, habit trackers, and custom ChatGPT prompts. But whenever my workload, energy, or circumstances changed, the system fell apart—and a few weeks later, I would find myself rebuilding it from scratch.
The gap between who you want to become and how you live each day is not necessarily a character flaw. Often, it is a systems problem.
Every productivity tool I tried started with tasks. None of them started with identity.
So I built what I wished existed: an Identity Operating System that begins with the person you are becoming and works backward to what meaningful progress looks like today.
VisionBoardAI builds an evolving Identity Graph from your goals, actions, reflections, capacity, and connected context. Through a short Morning Context ritual, it generates adaptive daily protocols calibrated to the reality of your day—not an idealized version of it. When life becomes demanding, the plan scales with you so that progress remains achievable without turning an imperfect day into failure.
Over time, the system is designed to learn more than isolated facts about you. It learns which actions, environments, and patterns actually help you follow through—and uses that understanding to make its guidance increasingly personal.
After more than five months of building, testing, and refining, I’m incredibly excited to open VisionBoardAI to the public today.
As a thank-you to our earliest supporters, the first 500 people who upgrade will receive Founding Member pricing: 50% off VisionBoardAI Pro for as long as they remain members.
I would genuinely value your feedback—especially on what feels useful, unclear, or missing.
What is the biggest obstacle between the person you want to become and how you currently spend your days?
And please feel free to ask me anything about the Identity Graph, our adaptive protocol engine, the behavioral science behind the platform, or the experience of building VisionBoardAI as a solo founder.
Thank you for being part of the beginning.

Love the identity graph idea, especially pulling in Oura and Notion data. One thing I'd love to see is a simple weekly reflection prompt that summarizes what worked, what stalled, and what to tweak next week. That kind of quick recap would make the adaptive protocols feel more like a real coaching loop instead of just automation.
Finally something that adapts to my actual energy instead of pretending I have 5am willpower every day. Pulling in my Oura sleep data to scale my plan down on rough nights feels like cheating.
honestly love how the identity graph approach actually adapts to your capacity instead of just spitting out another static plan, super thoughtful execution
One thing I'd love to see is a weekly check-in summary that shows which protocols actually moved the needle on my goals, with a simple "keep / tweak / drop" button for each one. Hard to tell what's working when it's all just daily prompts.
One thing I'd love to see is a weekly identity check-in summary that surfaces patterns I'm blind to, like which recurring commitments correlate with my best weeks. The graph sounds powerful but without periodic reflection prompts I worry important insights stay buried in the data.
Love how the Identity Graph pulls in Oura, Notion, and ChatGPT instead of keeping everything siloed, feels like the kind of connective tissue most goal apps are missing.
