Coding agents write blind. They can't run your app, see the screen, or check their work — so you end up running builds, pasting screenshots, and copying console errors. Vibex is a native Mac window that gives your agent eyes. It embeds a live iOS simulator, browser preview, source control, and AI usage dashboard with 50+ MCP tools. Claude writes code, runs the app, taps the simulator, reads the console, and checks every diff. You just review. Free forever. MIT licensed. No account, no tracking
Hey PH! I'm Yusuf, and I built Vibex because I was tired of being my coding agent's eyes.
Every time Claude Code wrote something, I had to run the build, check the simulator, screenshot the result, and paste it back. The agent was doing 90% of the thinking but couldn't see 100% of the output.
Vibex fixes that. It's a native macOS window that wraps a live iOS simulator, browser, source control, and usage dashboard — with 50+ MCP tools so Claude can drive everything itself. Write code, run the app, tap through it, read the console, check the diff. You just review.
It's completely free and open source (MIT). No account, no subscription, no telemetry. Read every line at github.com/uwussimo/vibex.
Would love your feedback — what tools would you want your agent to have?
The screenshot loop is exactly where I lose time too — build, simulator, screenshot, paste it back, repeat. For iOS work, the tool I'd want most is the agent actually tapping through a real flow and reading the console when something fails, rather than me narrating what I see. The other one is diff review before it claims it's done — if it can check its own diff in the same window, I spend my time reviewing instead of re-running. Does the simulator tap-through handle things like sheets and alerts, or does it stop at the main screens?

Who hunted Vibex?
Vibex was hunted by Mukhammadyusuf Abdurakhimov. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
