Vaizy gives you one place to see how every project is tracking against its budget, who is working on what, and where problems are forming. Built for teams running multiple projects at once.
After years of managing projects across agencies, software teams, and game studios, one problem kept coming up.
When you are running several projects at once, budget numbers live in one spreadsheet, who is working on what is in another, and whether something is about to go wrong exists only in someone's head. You find out a project is in trouble when it is already too late to do much about it.
Vaizy is the tool we built to fix that. One place where you can see the budget, the team, the schedule, and the risks for every project you are running. And built-in AI you can ask questions, using your own data, protecting sensitive data before it ever reaches the LLM model.
A few things we focused on:
Cross-project overlay. Select multiple projects to see combined cash flow, team load, and risk in one view.
Manager Mode and Member Mode. PMs get full visibility, team members get a scoped view.
Built-in EVM analytics. Earned value, S-curves, and trend lines for PMs who actually use them.
Import CSV/Excel's that auto-map your columns instead of asking you to retype everything.
One thing we already learned along the way: the import flow turned out to matter more than we expected. We almost treated it as a minor onboarding detail, now people see their existing spreadsheet map itself in automatically.
Curious to hear how you currently track risk, cash flow, and deliverables across projects today. Happy to answer anything about the product or where we are taking it 🙏

Vaizy was hunted by Guy-Gianno Hoelen. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
