I built Upvoit after seeing how many service businesses run on a patchwork of tools. Scheduling lives in a calendar, dispatch happens over calls and texts, job details sit on paper forms in the truck, invoices go out from another tool, and payroll is rebuilt in a spreadsheet. Every handoff means re-typing the same information, and the cost shows up as missed visits, late invoices, payroll disputes and owners who can't answer a simple question like "where is my tech right now?"
So we put the whole job in one place, from the first request to the final paycheck.
What's different:
• Simple per-user pricing: $16–$20 per user/month with payroll, reporting and AI included. No tiers, no add-ons.
• Built for the way each trade works: custom work order types, statuses, checklists, forms and payroll rules, with changes delivered in weeks, not months.
