Hi Product Hunt! I built TubeHaus because I wanted YouTube on my TV, phone and laptop without a Google account, and without every device keeping its own separate history.
It comes in two forms:
Apps for Android (phone and TV), Windows, macOS, Linux and iPad/iPhone. They talk to YouTube directly, no server needed
A self-hosted web version (one docker compose) that a whole household can share, and that the apps can sync with
Subscriptions, history and playlists stay on your device or your own server. It's free and AGPL-3.0.
I'd love feedback on two things: what's confusing in the first five minutes, and which device you'd use it on most.
