Hey PH, Tamas here, solo maker. I got tired of 'best AI tools' listicles where the top spots are quietly paid for. So TryTested scores AI tools with an independent panel of models - Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Grok - and publishes every number, so you can see why a tool ranks where it does. 408 tools scored so far. To be upfront: the scoring is done by the model panel (agent/LLM-scored), not hands-on human testing - the point is that rankings can't be bought, not that a human used every tool for a week. Two things I'd love feedback on: (1) do multi-model scores feel more trustworthy than a single reviewer's opinion, or do they average out to mush? (2) which AI-tool category most needs honest, un-buyable rankings? Thanks for looking.
Really like the transparency angle here, paid listicles have been driving me nuts lately. One thing that would help: let me filter or sort by use case, like "best for coding" or "best for writing", since scrolling through 408 tools to find what fits my actual need is a lot. Would make the scores way more actionable.
