We built TryPromptFlow after spending months debugging AI workflows that kept failing in ways nobody could explain. The same prompt would work one day and break the next. Multi-agent handoffs would stall silently. Tool calls would fail and retry endlessly.
The problem was never the model. It was the workflow around it — the prompt construction, the tool orchestration, the memory drift, the handoff boundaries. But existing tools treated these as "prompt engineering" problems when they were actually systems problems.

Our diagnostic engine examines it across seven architectural layers — from prompt construction through infrastructure — and returns a failure map showing exactly where it breaks, plus a repair plan with clear ownership for each fix.
