Every Trading 212 investor ends up with the same spreadsheet: what did I actually make, after fees, dividends and FX? Tracker 212 builds it for you. Connect a read-only API key or import your CSV exports, and it rebuilds every buy, sell, dividend and fee into lifetime P&L on open and closed positions — plus a per-holding fee breakdown, benchmark comparison and a time machine for any date. One database on your device. No account, no backend. Unofficial — not affiliated with Trading 212.

Hey Product Hunt 👋

I use Trading 212. Like a lot of people there, I ended up maintaining a spreadsheet — because the broker tells you what your positions are worth today, but not what you have actually made since you started. Sold positions disappear. Fees are never totalled. Dividends and FX moves are buried in a CSV export that arrives by email.

Tracker 212 is that spreadsheet, built properly.

You connect a read-only API key, or import the CSV exports. It rebuilds the whole history — every buy, sell, dividend, deposit, fee and FX conversion — merging multi-fill orders into clean transactions and applying the historical exchange rate at each transaction's own date. Then it shows you:

• Lifetime P&L across open AND closed positions
• Fees, itemised per holding. The demo book in the screenshots has paid £645 in charges. Nobody adds that up for you.
• Performance against an index, over any range
• Time Machine — the portfolio exactly as it stood on any past date
• Greatest hits — best day, best run, biggest comeback, found on its own

The part I care most about: it is local-first. There is no backend and no login. Your portfolio is one SQLite file on your phone, and everything derived from it is disposable — the raw imported records are the source of truth, so "rebuild database" re-derives the lot from scratch.

To be straight with you, the app does make outbound calls: prices from Yahoo, FX rates from Frankfurter, asset identification from Gemini, and anonymous crash/usage telemetry. What never leaves the device is your transactions and your totals. There is nowhere for me to send them — I have no server.

Flutter + Riverpod + Drift, if you're curious.

Pricing, honestly: it is a paid app — £2.99/month or £11.99/year, and the yearly normally comes with a 7-day free trial.

Launch offer: for launch week, the yearly plan comes with a FULL YEAR free before the first charge, on both iOS and Android. No code — it is simply what the paywall offers this week. After the year it renews at £11.99/year unless you cancel, and the app reminds you the day before. Once launch week is over the trial goes back to 7 days.

Unofficial app — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trading 212. It only ever reads data you hand it yourself: your own CSV exports, or your own read-only API key.

Would genuinely love feedback, especially from anyone who has tried to reconcile a broker export by hand.
