A small thing but it would help a lot if the assistant could detect when a customer sends a voice note and either reply with a voice note back or at least transcribe it before processing, right now I think it only handles text which feels limiting on WhatsApp where people send a ton of audio.
honestly the smart handoff to a human mid-chat feels really well thought out, like they actually thought through what happens when the bot gets stuck instead of just leaving people in loop hell.
