Hey Product Hunt! 👋
We are two teenagers building TeenageWorks, and today we are launching Teen V1.
We started with a simple belief: state-of-the-art AI should not be limited to companies with enormous budgets. The next generation of models will be radically cheaper and highly capable. We call this cheap SOTA: state-of-the-art quality at a price that makes powerful AI accessible to everyone.
Building a voice model from India as two teenagers was ambitious. We were fortunate to receive backing and mentorship from Physics Wallah, along with startup grants that gave us the resources to research, experiment, fail, improve, and eventually build Teen V1.
Teen V1 delivers natural multilingual speech across 23 languages, voice modelling, unlimited voice clones, code-mixed speech, and production-ready text normalization. It starts at $5 per million characters, and every new user receives 100K free credits.
This is our first step toward a future where exceptional models are affordable enough for every developer, creator, and company to use.
