Talkwave is a visual builder for production voice AI agents. Design multi-step conversation flows with drag-and-drop — not a single prompt box. Mix any LLM, voice, and telephony provider. Attach knowledge bases so agents answer from real data. Trigger post-call actions automatically — emails, SMS, Sheets, webhooks, CRM updates. Launch outbound campaigns with one CSV upload. Built-in jailbreak blocking and PII redaction on every call. Test in your browser. Deploy to any phone number in minutes.

Hey everyone! I'm the maker of Talkwave. I started building this because I was frustrated with how voice AI platforms work today. Every tool I tried gave me a text box and said "write a prompt." That works for a demo — but the moment you need branching logic, knowledge bases, post-call actions, or safety guardrails, you're stitching together five different tools and writing glue code. I wanted something where you could actually design a voice agent the way you'd design a product — visually, with real structure, not a 2000-word system prompt you're afraid to touch. So I built Talkwave. The core idea is simple: a visual workflow editor where each node is a step in the conversation. You can branch on user intent, pull answers from uploaded documents, trigger emails or webhooks after the call, and swap out your LLM or voice provider without changing a single node. A few things I'm especially proud of: You can go from zero to a working phone agent in under 5 minutes Post-call actions (email, SMS, Sheets, CRM) are built in — no Zapier layer Outbound campaigns with CSV upload and calling windows Jailbreak blocking and PII redaction run on every call by default Test your agent live in the browser before connecting a phone number I'd love your feedback — especially on the workflow editor and what integrations you'd want to see next. Happy to answer any questions!

Hey Talha, visual flow editor over "one giant system prompt" is exactly the right call, I've been building TalkBuildr (text chatbot side) and we hit the same wall with branching and post-call actions. How are you handling knowledge base freshness when docs change mid-flow, do you re-embed on upload or batch it? Also the built-in jailbreak blocking is a smart angle for agencies selling to regulated clients
