I built TakoFin because expense tracking always felt way too serious and easy to abandon.
Most trackers expect you to remember every coffee, snack, Shopee order, and random little spend. I would start tracking for a few days, forget one or two expenses, let the backlog grow, then give up completely.
So I wanted to make something lighter: a cute Telegram finance buddy that helps you log expenses by chatting, scan receipts, set recurring entries, review expenses prepared from transaction alerts, and see where your money went without downloading another app.
TakoFin syncs everything neatly to your own Google Sheet, so your data stays easy to view and export.
The goal is simple: make money tracking feel less like homework and more like a tiny daily check-in with Tako 🐙
