I've been writing music for 14 years. Every time I sat somewhere with an idea and only a tablet in my hands, it was useless for it Android synths are either three knobs and a preset list, or a desktop port fighting the touchscreen.
So I wrote the one I wanted to play. Two layers, 8-voice unison, a zero-delay-feedback ladder filter, a 46-slot modulation matrix, a 16-step arpeggiator, eight effects, and a four-track looper for playing on your own.
The part I like most: record anything with the tablet mic - a guitar, a kettle, your voice - and it becomes an oscillator mode, sitting in the same list as Saw and Triangle. It inherits the filter, the envelopes, the arpeggiator, the whole mod matrix.
I think tools should be affordable and owned, not rented - so there is no subscription, no ads, no IAP and no analytics; the app doesn't even ask for internet permission, so nothing you record can leave the device. I'll keep shipping updates on that one payment for as long as I'm able to.
