I built Synartesis. It sits between an agent and the tools it uses, and before anything gets overwritten it reads and stores what was there. When the agent gets it wrong, one command puts it back.
Anything that genuinely can't be reversed — sending an email, say — it stops and holds until a person approves it.
The part I'm proudest of isn't the undo. It's the refusal: if you edited that file after the agent did, restoring the old version would destroy your work. So it checks first, refuses, and shows you both versions.
