I’ve spent the last 10 years working in Treasury for large corporations, where a big part of my job has been figuring out how much cash a company actually needs on hand — and making sure the excess doesn’t sit idle.
I wanted a system that replicated the same processes we used at work for my own personal finances. Even after setting up automatic investments, I’d constantly look at my checking account, look if it was above my target balance and manually move any extra cash to invest at my brokerage.
So I finally built SweepIQ.
The idea is simple: bring the cash-management principles I use in treasury to personal finances — know how much to keep in checking, identify the surplus, and put it to work to help grow your wealth.
