Supsindex
Stop asking investors to trust you. Give them a reason to.
Supsindex evaluates the person behind the startup—not just the pitch deck. Through three structured assessments and 200+ indicators, it examines your entrepreneurial knowledge, decision-making, behavior, mindset, strengths, blind spots, and ecosystem fit. Your Entrepreneurial Passport delivers a data-backed profile of your readiness to build, lead, adapt, and grow. Detailed reports show where you are strong and where you need improvement—before investors do.
Before building Supsindex, I had already been a three-time founder and spent a lot of time working with startup founders as a mentor. And after talking to enough founders and going through my own experiences of building companies, I started noticing something that bothered me. We had frameworks for evaluating markets, business models, products, traction, and even investment opportunities. But when it came to the person who was actually going to build the company, we were still relying heavily on intuition.
“Seems like a strong founder.” “Great personality.” “Very ambitious.” “Has a good background.”
I kept wondering: can we actually measure this? That question eventually became Supsindex.
We’ve spent the last 18 months building an assessment infrastructure around Founder Readiness — not to tell founders whether they will succeed, and definitely not to put people into a personality box, but to help them understand their strengths, blind spots, behaviors, and readiness for the specific entrepreneurial journey ahead. Today, Supsindex brings together three assessment layers — FPA, GEB, and EEA — into a broader Founder Readiness profile:
FPA looks at knowledge and cognitive power. GEB looks at mindset, traits, behaviors, and behavioral patterns. EEA looks at ecosystem fit — how well the founder fits the specific entrepreneurial environment and context they are operating in.
Together, they give us a much broader picture of the founder behind the venture.
We’re launching here because I’d really like to hear from the people who are building, funding, mentoring, and studying startups: What do you currently use to assess the founder behind a startup — and what do you think is still missing? I’d genuinely love your feedback. This is still a journey for us, and some of the best parts of Supsindex will probably come from the conversations we have here.

Supsindex was hunted by Shahriar Johari. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
