Hey, I’m Baylor, founder of Struvia. I’m building Struvia because construction bidding is still painfully manual. General contractors are juggling plans, takeoffs, estimates, subcontractor lists, bid invites, follow-ups, and responses across PDFs, spreadsheets, email, and phone calls. Existing solutions either only focus on a single scope (ie roofing, floor plans, windows, etc), or still require manual clickthrough from an estimator. Struvia brings that preconstruction workflow into one place. The goal is to help GCs move faster from plans to bids with AI-automated takeoff and estimating, organized subcontractor outreach, and cleaner bid collection and levelling. This is not meant to replace estimators or relationships. It is meant to remove repetitive coordination work so construction teams can spend more time on judgment, pricing, and winning the right jobs. I’d love feedback from anyone in construction, estimating, subcontracting, or vertical SaaS.
