We built Structeris because finance candidates are often told to “just practise more” for HireVues, but most people have no real way of knowing whether their answers are actually clear, structured, confident, or strong enough.
Structeris helps candidates practise HireVues by recording answers to common finance questions and getting instant AI feedback on structure, clarity, delivery, confidence, and overall performance.
The goal is simple: make HireVue preparation less awkward, less guesswork-based, and much more actionable.
We’re starting with finance HireVues because that’s where the pain felt clearest, but we’d love feedback from students, candidates, and anyone who has gone through one-way video interviews.
