Hey PH,
I built Stria after a scope dispute cost me a client. We both remembered
the agreement differently, and neither of us could prove anything. That
pushed me out of client work and into building this.
Stria runs the whole client lifecycle for freelancers: proposals, contracts
with e-signatures, deliverable review, invoicing, recurring billing. The
part that makes it different is proof. Every approval, signature, and
change order generates a tamper-evident certificate with a content hash and
timestamp. When a client says "that's not what we agreed," you have a
verifiable record instead of a argument about memory.
A few things I cared about while building it:
Clients never need an account. Every review, signature, and approval
happens through a passwordless link.
Payments run through your own Stripe account. I never hold your money,
and if you leave, everything stays with you.
Fair terms: a free tier that occasional users never outgrow, easy
cancellation, full data export, and your data deleted within 30 days if
you close your account.
There is also a Figma plugin that pushes frames straight into client
review, and a free scope checker on the site if you want to try something
without signing up.
