Congrats on the launch! This apps is really helpful for keeping me active. As a student that spend a lot of time sitting, I really need something to relieve my muscle tension. I hope you can add something like a reminder notif, so if there is someone that want to do exercise regularly it can help them to remember.

I've been trying to stretch more so this sparks my interest. Although the landing page is almost too bare. I already have stretches that I know and do and it's unclear if this app is going to introduce me to new stretches I should be doing or be useful beyond what I'm doing already.
