We started with the matching idea, routes and packages, then kept tightening around trust and money: identity, in-app payment held until delivery, chat before commitment, and clear handoff. Real story: two roles, one flow (post โ match โ agree โ pay โ confirm), because early feedback showed people needed the model to be obvious in under a minute. We also learned performance and clarity matter as much as features for a first public launch, so we simplified the funnel and the copy around that five-step path.
honestly this is a cool idea, like basically Airbnb for stuff. one thing that would help though is adding a reputation system where travelers and buyers can leave detailed reviews specifically about communication and reliability, and maybe show how many successful deliveries someone has done. kind of like how Uber shows driver stats. would make trusting strangers way easier, you know
